What is the return policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

What if my items are lost or damaged during shipping?

XAUCCI is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.

When will I get my order?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

What if my shipping address is incorrect?

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos or videos). We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, but no refunds will be provided.
